When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and password (stored encrypted). When you use our service, we collect:

Business information you provide (name, industry, descriptions)
Knowledge base documents you upload
Chat conversations between your AI agent and your customers
Generated content and images
Usage data (message counts, feature usage)

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve our AI assistant service:

To train your AI agent on your business knowledge
To process conversations with your customers
To generate content and images on your behalf
To provide analytics and usage reporting
To process payments and manage your subscription

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers in the European Union (Germany). We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We do not sell, share, or provide your data to third parties.

4. AI Processing

Chat messages and knowledge base documents are processed by AI models running on our own dedicated GPU infrastructure. Your data is not sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, etc.) unless you explicitly configure external model providers. AI-generated content is owned by you.

5. Customer Data (Widget Visitors)

When visitors interact with your chat widget, we collect their messages and a session identifier. No personal data is collected unless the visitor voluntarily provides it during conversation. This data is accessible to you through your dashboard.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon account deletion, all your data (businesses, knowledge base, conversations, images) is permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Export your data in a portable format
Object to processing

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies only (JWT authentication token stored in localStorage). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics services that track users across sites.
